Summary:
Compiles and maintains records of business transactions
and sales activities of location by performing the following
duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determines nature
of call and directs caller to appropriate person.
- Greet
and assist all customers.
- Prepare receipts for all products
received at the location on a daily basis.
- Prepare inventory
transfers for all products transferred into and out of the location
on a daily basis.
- Prepare delivery tickets at the time
product is loaded out to customers.
- Prepare customer invoices
in a timely manner.
- Assist in conducting all inventory
counts at the location and verify the counts are accurate in
the accounting system.
- Assist the salespeople in setting
up individual customer fields and billing information in Agvance.
- Assist the salespeople in preparing field maps and field directions
for each customer.
- Assist the salespeople in preparing
customer sales proposals.
- Assist the salespeople in inputting
sales information into the Agvance Planning system.
- Assist
in the ordering of products when needed.

Job Summary:
Coordinate all

Accounts Payable Clerk - Effingham, Illinois
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for
compiling and maintaining payable records.

Essential Functions:
- Check and approve all vouchers for payment to general vendors.
- Compare invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents
to verify receipt of items ordered and verifies proper authorization.
- Prepares invoice deduction notices, as necessary.
- Contact vendors or purchasers regarding errors in invoicing
pricing, partial shipment and/or shipment substitutions.
- Answer vendor inquiries.
- Prepare accounts payable checks.
- Print all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts
payable files.
- Gather data and prepares 1099-Miscellaneous forms at year
end.
- Prepares analysis of accounts, including payable others
as required.
- Assists in monthly closings.
- Assists with accounts receivable and special projects, as
necessary.
- Attends required meetings

Responsibilities:
- Supervisor, lead and develop the marketing team within the
assigned territory.
Helps develop and make sure marketing plans are implemented in the assigned
territory including marketing communications, strategic plans and target
budgets, etc.
- Responsible for the profitability of the assigned territory
thought target marketing, competitive analysis, pricing strategies,
continual management and evaluations' of people and structure,
and management of the fixed assets and inventories, etc.
- Provide leadership for the marketing team within the assigned
territory by setting performance expectations, managing sales
activities, calling on the key accounts, and serving as a communications
and public relations link to the company.
- Review operating costs and product quality, and modifies
operation and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance
profitable operations of the facilities.
- Monitors accounts receivable in assigned territory, direct
sales force in collections, make personal contact with problem
accounts for resolution, and advised the Credit Administrator
of apparent collection problems.
